Garden Villa — a collaboration with a real estate developer.

The villa was unconventionally oriented to face the neighbor instead of the typical street view. Half of the the plot was built up with the villa and the other covered with landscape.

We designed the house for a young family; it has four bedrooms, three living areas, and one beautiful atrium with an open roof standing in as the house's centerpiece.
