This marks our third branch designed and built for Ace Coffee. The client wanted a luxurious finish
for the coffee shop in the ground floor, and to add a mezzanine floor where customers can have a
more secluded experience overlooking the coast.

The striking herringbone pattern continues throughout Ace’s branches with varying color palettes,
while the oak wood dominates the mezzanine floor to give it a minimal and calm mood.
